FAQ

⦿ Do you make pre-mades?
Sometimes, yes! I mostly do pre-made paws, but sometimes you can find feetpaws and OOAK dolls in my Etsy and KoFi shops.
Please note that prices on my KoFi store are marginally cheaper than on my Etsy.
⦿ Do you take commissions?
I am a hobby artist so I technically don't take commissions, but I am open to creating custom items at my discretion. I do intermittently open for custom requests for small costume parts & other handmade items.
Other than these times I am closed and am unlikely to take on your project.
Being a hobby artist I tend to only take on projects that interest me, as my making competes with my full time job. I always welcome enquiries, as I will consider taking on a project if it interests me.
⦿ Can you hold an item/commission for me?
I am happy to put a commission on hold if you need more time to gather funds. This, however, does incur a non-refundable fee which is 50% of the items cost.
I do not offer holds for pre-made items in my Etsy or KoFi stores. If you see something you like in my stores, please consider purchasing or you may miss out!
⦿ Will you consider payment plans?
For larger or more expensive items (ie fursuit partials, sets of items) I may consider accepting a payment plan, but this would have to be discussed with me prior to purchasing.
Please note that any payment plan will incur a non-refunable holding fee which is 50% of the items total cost. The reason for this is I would have to tell any other interested parties that the item is no longer available.
Payments would be made through personalised KoFi listings for the buyer - I would send a link for each payment/installment to the buyer on the agreed upon date.
⦿ What kinds of fursuit parts do you/can you create?
4-finger and 5-finger handpaws These paws are plush and squishy. Finger escapes can be included in both 4- and 5-finger paws. Claws are minky or fabric, although hard claws can be included at an additional cost.
Tails I can make nub, small, long, and floordragger tails. I particularly enjoy making longer tails with complex patterns. All tails are made from faux furs and plush minky, have hidden belt loops, and an internal foam block at their base for stability/support, as standard features.
Slim & superslim feetpaws This style of feetpaw is constructed around the natural form of the foot and includes firm padding and an EVA foam internal sole for support, stability, and comfort. These paws are unable to incorporate outdoor soles due to their construction.
Outdoor/active wear feetpaws This style of feetpaw is built using a foam base (Fursmoothie pattern) and incorporates a tennis shoe inside. Decorative paw-pad bottoms are standard with this style of paw, unless otherwise requested.
⦿ What patterns do you use?
The majority of my items are made from my own patterns. In particular 4- & 5- finger handpaws, and my slim & superslim feetpaws are my own pattern. Tails patterns are also created by myself, so every tail is unique.
Sometimes I also use patterns from other makers. Patterns I use from other artists include;
• Fursmoothie's foam feetpaw base
• Fursmoothie's mochi feetpaw pattern
• FoxFire Fantasy legacy hand and feet paw patterns
• SplitGrapeSoda's digi feetpaw pattern
For ooak teddy bears and plush, alongside my own patterns, I also am currently using patterns by FurAddiction, NazFx Studios, and BeeZeeArt.⦿ How do I request an item to be made when you're open?
Just message me on twitter or KoFi and tell me about your project. If I like the idea I will consider taking it on.
You will know when I am looking for projects to make as I will announce it on my twitter. Sometimes I even attach a 'commissions open' or 'requests open' label to my username so that people know I am taking requests.
⦿ I need my item quickly! Can you do rush orders/fast turnaround?
No. I have a full time job and my making is something I do for fun in my downtime, so I can not and will not ever offer rush orders.
⦿ If you don't take commissions, why do you sometimes use the tag 'commissions open' and why would I pay you if it's not an actual commission?
I only use the term 'commission' as a way to indicate that I am open to creating a custom work, as this is a term that everyone easily understands. I have found that when I only mention I am open for requests, most people interpret this to mean that I will create something for free.
Materials are expensive and as a hobby artist I can't afford to create custom items for free. The price you pay for me to make you something special goes directly into me obtaining materials for your item and the time it takes me to create it.
I work a full time job and my crafting is not a business venture. All my handcrafts are made on my own time, often late at night or some weekends. As crafting is my hobby, I reserve the right to decline any prospective project.
⦿ How can I support you?
Follow me on Twitter to see project wips/progress, tool tips, maker tips, and announcements for release of tutorials/patterns. I also occasionally post digital/traditional art, and character adopts there.
If you would like to support me increasing my maker skills and continuing to create new items, consider supporting me via KoFi donation. You may also like to check out my Etsy and KoFi stores. My stores have many physical items I've made for fun or practice are put up there for sale - you may find something you fall in love with! I also have tutorials/patterns and character bases for sale.Sales of items/tutorials/bases, and KoFi donations allow me to obtain supplies needed to continue my craft and support me continuing to make content and tutorials.

Buyers/requestee's are responsible for accuracy of all provided measurements.
Buyers are able to request that I create a set of paw sandals when buying feetpaws if they wish to wear their paws outdoors, and creation of paw sandals will incur an additional cost.
• Regular feetpaws are made for outdoor/active. They are foam based and will require you to provide your foot size and shoe size. To create outdoor feetpaws I will require a new and clean pair of shoes to be sent to me at your own cost.
Please note that I choose to create outdoor feetpaws at my own discretion and I do not guarantee that I will accept outdoor feetpaw commission requests.
Changes to Commissioned Items
• Once fabrics have been discussed and agreed upon, no further changes can be made. This is because as a hobby artist I need to specially order in your materials from overseas which incurs significant cost to myself.
• Fabric changes may occur due to a need to substitute, or for minor parts at my own discretion. In either situation I will notify/discuss this with you.
• Once reference material (ie a ref sheet) is provided and the commission paid for, under no circumstances can the design change. This is because I typically extensively modify my patterns/draw my patterns up from scratch and any changes will require a complete rework of the pattern.
• Once work has commenced (ie fabrics cut) no further changes can be made.
